Inspiration at Full Speed – An Interview with Tamara Ramos<\/h2>\n

During the Formula E pre-season tests at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Valencia, the FIA Girls on Track program hosted a new edition of its initiative, aiming to inspire young women to discover the world of motorsport.<\/p>\n

What has been your role during these days at the Girls on Track program?<\/h3>\n

Tamara: Hi everyone! My name is Tamara Ramos, and I\u2019m the Social Impact Coordinator for Formula E. Today has been a very special day, leading some of our key initiatives such as the Girl Impact Program and other community activities.<\/p>\n

What was the goal behind this initiative, and what did the participants experience?<\/h3>\n

Tamara: We were here in Valencia with Ricardo Tormo, and it\u2019s been an incredible day with the Girls on Track program \u2014 which aims to inspire young girls and women, from 12 to 25 years old, to explore the world of motorsport, discover what happens behind the scenes, and understand everything that takes place within this sport.<\/p>\n

How was the atmosphere during the event, and what was your impression of the participants?<\/h3>\n

Tamara: I believe the girls had an amazing time. I certainly did too, especially thanks to the volunteers from ESBS University, who were super helpful organizing the sessions and guiding the girls through the garages, where they met engineers and drivers.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been an intense and exciting week at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit, one filled with learning, inspiration, and passion for motorsport. We\u2019re grateful to the FIA for making us part of this unforgettable experience.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
