What nobody tells you about the Master in International Sport Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Hi, I’m Jose Ignacio Anchundia<\/a><\/span>, though most people know me as Pepe Nacho<\/em><\/strong>. I’m an ESBS<\/span><\/a> alumni, where I completed the Master in International Sport Management<\/a><\/strong> at the Valencia campus. <\/p>\n

It’s hard to know where to begin, because writing this brings back so many memories. But it’s also a wonderful feeling, knowing that I lived them fully and made the most of every moment. ESBS gave me the experience of my life<\/strong>: I learned everything I needed to know about the sports industry, how to build relationships, how to create from the inside, and the enormous potential this sector holds for the years ahead. <\/p>\n

At the same time, I had the chance to become part of a new family. A big, diverse family, made up of people with very different backgrounds: different languages, different cultures, different ways of seeing the world. But we all share one passion: sport. <\/p>\n

Football, tennis, basketball, volleyball, padel, rugby, martial arts and every discipline that at some point in our lives made our hearts feel whole. And there it stayed, forever. <\/p>\n

Now, as sports professionals, armed with the experience and tools we gained, we look to give back to sport through projects, partnerships, innovation, spectacle and globalisation, so it can keep reaching more people and creating an even greater impact on the world.<\/p>\n

But I also carry memories that go far beyond the classroom. The trip to Paris, the MIC Football in Costa Brava, all the stadiums I had the chance to visit, the conversations, the laughter, the stressful moments, the group projects… Experiences that, in the end, became part of a chapter too special to sum up in just a few words. <\/p>\n

I later had the opportunity to join the ESBS marketing department, where I grew enormously as a professional. I got to experience the industry first-hand and discover all the work that goes into every project, event and collaboration. That period helped me sharpen my skills, learn to work in an international environment, and keep connecting with people who have their own story within the world of sport. I think that chapter made my bond with ESBS even more special. <\/p>\n

I will always be grateful to ESBS, to Valencia, and to every person who was part of this journey. A journey that, without a doubt, changed everything. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
