Admissions Process

Master & Postgraduate

  1. Send us your personal details: Send us an email to admissions@ace-education.es with the details of your program, intake (month and year to start), campus (these choices can be changed later) and the personal documents described down below.
  2. Coordinate an online admission interview: Once we’ve received and validated all the application documents, we’ll coordinate an online admission interview with you. If you’re not a native English speaker, part of this interview will be dedicated to evaluate your level of English.
  3. Receive the admission decision: Receive the admission decision. After evaluating your student profile and the results of the interview and test, the admissions committee will decide. The admission decision will be notified on the next 5 working days after the test. If you are accepted, you will receive the pre- admission letter by e-mail.
  4. Confirm your enrolment and pay the tuition fees: Confirm your enrolment and pay the tuition fees by credit card or bank transfer. Your seat will be pre-reserved for 15 working days while you make the first payment. Once the payment is received, your seat will officially be reserved, and you will receive the final admission letter to start your administrative procedures related to visa and housing.
  5. Receive orientation from your campus to prepare your arrival: Receive orientation from your campus to prepare your arrival. Your academic advisor will be able to assist you in academic and administrative procedures. He/she will provide you with support to obtain your student visa and find an accommodation.

Scholarships & Funding

At ESBS, we offer various scholarship and financing options so that more professionals can pursue training in the sports industry. These options include:

  • Discount for ESBS European Sport Business School alumni: All students who have completed one of our programs receive a minimum 10% discount to continue their studies. Please consult the terms and conditions of each program.
  • Scholarships for elite athletes: If you are an athlete and have represented your country in an international competition, you may qualify for this scholarship.
  • Scholarships for groups: If your sports organization or entity is looking to create an agreement for your athletes or employees to study one of our programs, please contact us.
  • Single-payment discount: Master’s programs offer a discount if the entire course is paid in a single payment.

Note: Scholarships and discounts, as well as promotional campaigns, cannot be combined with each other. This is the exception of the single-payment discount.

Payment Installments

Students in any of our programs can choose to pay in a single instalment or in interest-free instalments throughout the current academic year. The number of instalments is determined by the characteristics of each program and its payment method.

How can I apply to an ESBS programme, and what are the admission requirements?

Applying to an ESBS programme is a straightforward process. Simply complete your application and submit the required documentation. Once we receive your application, our Admissions team will review your profile and guide you through every step of the process. The admissions process consists of four stages:
  1. Submit your application, indicating the programme, campus, and intake you wish to join, together with the required documentation.
  2. Attend an online admissions interview, where we will learn more about your academic and professional background. If your chosen programme is taught in English and you are not a native English speaker, your language proficiency will also be assessed.
  3. Receive the Admissions Committee's decision, which is typically communicated within five working days after your interview.
  4. Secure your place by paying the enrolment deposit and completing your registration.
