Description

What does it mean to study sport management as a profession?

By studying sport management as a profession, you will have the ability to manage sport entities and companies, manage specific areas of the industry itself such as sport event management, marketing, and sponsorship in clubs, human resources or the area of finance, specialising in areas specific to the sport industry such as athlete management, volunteering, events, among others.

  • You will gain a global vision of the sport industry and, in particular, of sport companies, entities, and organisations.
  • You will be able to direct, manage, advise, and evaluate sport companies, entities, and organisations.
  • You will learn practical business management in sport through classroom sessions, academic trips, case studies, and language and management skills development.
  • You will get to know the sports industry from the inside: through volunteering and 4-month internships outside Spain.
  • You will have the necessary knowledge to detect business opportunities that will lead to your employment.
  • You will create your own network of contacts for your career through teachers, industry professionals, peers, and internships.
  • Practical Methodology: with the support and experience of professional lecturers from the sports industry, you will be trained through classroom sessions and case-based methods.
  • You will be the centre of your education. Through our learning methods, we will stimulate your participation, critical thinking, and teamwork; we will work with you to learn and practice the technical and soft skills required for sports management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Professions, in the “Sport Marketing and Event Manager” speciality.

Registered in the French National Directory of Professional Certifications, Level 6, recognised by the French State (OJ of 14/02/20). Obtaining 180 ECTS credits (European Credit Transfer System)*.

*The RNCP qualification is an official foreign qualification recognised by the French authorities and is not considered a state-official qualification in Spain.

If in the future you apply for the homologation of the RNCP certification in Spain, you must apply for the recognition of a foreign university degree obtained in a foreign education system before the Ministry of Universities in Spain. This website has been updated as of January 2023, but the Ministry of Universities in Spain reserves the right to modify this for academic, legal, or commercial reasons.

  • Duration: 3 academic years.
  • Start of classes: September.
  • Language: English.
  • Location: Madrid, Paris, Valencia, or Nice Campuses.
  • Format: Onsite.
  • Pre-enrollment: Until full capacity.
  • Classes: 5 days a week.
  • 1st year: EARLY BIRD OFFER (until 3/31/2024): 6 500 euros in a single payment or 7 750 euros in installments
    Classes in Madrid, Valencia, Paris, or Nice.
    Two volunteering periods
    Optional academic trip (1 week, €890, not included in the 1st year payment)
  • 2nd year: 7 790 euros
    Classes in Madrid, Valencia, Paris, or Nice.
    Two volunteering periods
  • 3rd year: from 8 750 euros
    1st semester: classes in Paris, Nice, or in an associated university.
