FIA and ESBS partner to launch a new scholarship programme to support the next generation of motor sport leaders.
The initiative will award one candidate a scholarship to undertake ESBS’ Master in International Sports Management in Valencia, Spain.
The Fédération International de l’Automobile (FIA) has announced an exciting new scholarship programme in partnership with European Sport Business School (ESBS), reinforcing a shared commitment to shaping the future of motorsport through education.
Designed to open doors to high-level careers in the industry, the FIA Scholarship Program aims to make world-class sport management education more accessible to emerging talent. By combining academic excellence with real-world exposure, the initiative supports individuals ready to step into leadership roles with the evolving global sports landscape.
At its core, the programme seeks to broaden access to opportunities in motorsport, particularly for candidates who may face barriers to entry. Through financial support, international experience, and industry immersion. Selected scholars will gain the tools, knowledge, and global perspective needed to succeed both on and off the track.
A career-defining partnership.
Delivered in collaboration with ESBS, the scholarship offers the opportunity to study the Master in International Sport Management, a programme recognised among the top in the world. With a strong focus on employability and hands-on learning, ESBS equips students with the skills required to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced industry. This opportunity is specifically aimed at candidates with prior experience in motorsport who are ready to take the next step in their professional journey.
The application deadline is May 15th, 2026.
The initiative also reflects a broader vision shared by the FIA and its partners: to strengthen the talent pipeline in motorsport and ensure the industry continues to grow in a more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable way.
