Description

The global sports industry is rapidly growing and, with every year it becomes more and more complex. In 2025, it reached almost 500 billion dollars globally, boosted by the digital interaction with its fans, data-driven performance, new investment models and experiential sports businesses.

Sports organizations nowadays operate at scale, under stronger governance and commercial pressure. The European sports environment keeps growing and Spain and Portugal have become key players within it. This context demands leaders with strong business analytical skills, not only in sports but in a business context.

One program, two cities: One integral learning model.

This program was designed in collaboration between Porto Business School and European Sports Business School. Together it joins two sports complementary sports ecosystems to create a coherent learning experience where strategy, execution and leadership are built between real sports contexts in Madrid and Porto.
