SENDING AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA

The sending of personal data is not obligatory in order to contact and receive information about the activities and updates of AIDEA DEVELOP SL. Notwithstanding the fact that they may be provided.

In accordance with the terms of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and the European regulation, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of your submission will be processed by AIDEA DEVELOP SL with CIF B-98540792 domiciled at Calle Cl Ramon Llull 19 bajo 46021 Valencia (Spain) having implemented all the security measures established in the LOPD and GDD as well as the RGPD.

The User who sends the information to AIDEA DEVELOP SL is the only person responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating AIDEA DEVELOP SL of any responsibility in this respect.
Users guarantee and are responsible, in any event, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated.

The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the contact registration form or in the contact request.
AIDEA DEVELOP SL is not responsible for the veracity of the information that it has not compiled itself and for which another source is indicated, and therefore does not assume any responsibility for any possible harm that may arise from the use of this information.

AIDEA DEVELOP SL is exonerated from liability for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by AIDEA DEVELOP SL, provided that it comes from sources other than AIDEA DEVELOP SL.

PURPOSES
AIDEA DEVELOP SL. will process the user’s data, manually and/or automatically, for the following specific purposes:
Provision of information on news, activities and conferences of our school.
Prestación de información sobre noticias, actividades y jornadas de nuestra escuela.
Manage the enrolment request, as well as the corresponding invoicing and shipping.
Images, partial or total, in any graphic or visual medium (photography, video or similar) for use in AIDEA DEVELOP SL’s present and future dissemination media (website, brochures, magazines and social networks, etc.).
Results of check-ups and/or medical care, if any
In the event that you send us your CV or register for the different job offers that we may publish, we will process your data in order to evaluate and manage your job application and, where appropriate, to carry out the necessary actions for the selection and recruitment of personnel, in order to offer you positions that match your profile. Unless otherwise indicated, the provision of the required data is necessary, and failure to provide it will prevent the selection process from continuing.
To comply with legally established obligations, as well as to verify compliance with contractual obligations, including the prevention of fraud, money laundering and the financing of terrorism and the criminal liability of legal persons.

How long do we store your data?
We will retain your personal data only for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, until you revoke your consent. Subsequently, if necessary, it will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods, in any case, the period: 5 and 10 years, or the period established by law for any action that may result from the processing.
In the case of the data you provide in connection with job offers to which you wish to subscribe, they will be retained for 1 year from the date of the last update. After this period has elapsed without the data having been updated, the data will be deleted, unless you tell us otherwise.

As part of AIDEA DEVELOP SL’s commitment to the privacy and protection of personal data, we inform you of other data processing that may be carried out within the framework of our relationship with our suppliers and customers.
We inform you that our company has a video surveillance system, whose function is to guarantee the security of people and facilities. We remind you that current legislation legitimises the processing carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of AIDEA DEVELOP SL in guaranteeing the security of the installations, so that your image may be recorded simply by accessing the building.
These data may be communicated to the State Security Forces if necessary. The images will be kept for a maximum period of one (1) month from their capture.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not AIDEA DEVELOP SL is processing personal data concerning them.

The persons concerned have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, data subjects may request that we restrict the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain the data for the purpose of exercising or defending claims.

WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?
The legitimacy for the processing of customer and supplier data by AIDEA DEVELOP SL to carry out (by whatever means) is to be found: in the consent of the interested party, requested for the specific case, legitimate interest or the execution of the contract itself.
The consents obtained for the aforementioned purposes are independent and the user may revoke one or more of them without affecting the others.
The user’s information may also be used to comply with the different legal obligations of AIDEA DEVELOP SL.
In the case of registration for advertised job vacancies, your data will be processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, although this will result in your application not being considered in our recruitment processes. However, the withdrawal of your consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing operations previously carried out.

I.T. SECURITY MEASURES
AIDEA DEVELOP SL has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of Personal Data as set out in the LOPDyGDD and the RGPD. However, we have other additional means, such as state-of-the-art firewalls, apart from technical measures such as software for encrypting confidential information and controlling access to personal information, restricted users, security policies, users and passwords that expire as required by the LOPDyGDD, and other systems designed to prevent the misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the Personal Data provided to AIDEA DEVELOP SL.

AIDEA DEVELOP SL shall not be liable for any possible damage or harm that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone faults or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system, caused by causes beyond the control of AIDEA DEVELOP SL, delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloading of telephone lines or overloads in the D.P.C. (Data Processing Centre), in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as damage that may be caused by third parties through illegal interference beyond the control of AIDEA DEVELOP SL.
