Leading in International Sports Management
Our Professional Master’s in International Sports Management, developed by ESBS European Sport Business School in collaboration with Centro de Formación Valencia C.F. (MBA Valencia C.F.), is designed to train active professionals in the sports sector, including elite athletes who wish to advance their careers without giving up their work or training commitments. The program aims to equip professionals with the skills to manage and lead sports organizations, facilities, and events at an international level, offered in an online format that provides maximum flexibility for students.

The ideal opportunity to get to know the industry and expand your network of contacts. From "point 0" you will be able to volunteer to gain professional experience.
Work Experience
We will help you to gain work experience in a sport organisation.
International experience
You can work in an international sports organisation or, if you prefer, you also work in your home country outside of Spain. 15% of our students get work experience abroad.
Disclosure
- You must complete at least 300 hours of professional experience in the industry.
