What are our team building sessions really about? 👀
Last week we held our Welcome Weeks in both of our campuses, Valencia and Madrid, and welcomed our new Bachelor in Sports Marketing and Event Management students, who have come from all around the globe.
Our team building sessions are designed to get students to bond and start working as a team – an underrated skill that is crucial for their time as students and which will be used along their careers. 🤝
In Madrid, Pedro Díaz, leadership professor and coach, held the team building session at the Retiro Park. Pedro designed the workshop to encourage communication, critical thinking, and cooperation.
Verónica Carrascosa, executive coach, held the team building sessions at the beach for our Valencia students. Verónica designed the workshop to encourage challenge resolution and teamwork among the students.
