Sports Law Programme

  • You will understand the regulations in Spain and abroad on disciplinary matters.
  • You will study and gain an in-depth knowledge of FIFA and UEFA regulations: Transfers and complaint procedures.
  • You will study the methods of implementing Fair Play in sport: doping, prevention of rigging and betting.
  • You will study alternative dispute resolution methods. In particular, international arbitration as a method for deciding disputes and appeals in the world of sport.

The programme has been developed with a balance between the theoretical and practical aspects of its contents.
Each module has a theoretical content and a practical application in the classroom, which will consolidate your knowledge with practice and the experience of the speakers.

You will receive your own certificate of completion of the Programme in Sports Law ESBS European Sport Business School and Centro de Formación Fundació Valencia CF.
